All my jewelry is under a Thirty (30) day Warranty. The time you receive your item via mail or at one of our shows, your item is covered under a thirty day warranty, which if the item breaks, loses a bead or link, I will try to repair or replace the item for FREE. You will be responsible of all shipping & handling costs plus insurance to get the item repaired or replaced.

If the jewelry item you receive becomes damaged, broken or you are not satisfied with the jewelry piece you have purchased, you have thirty (30) days to return the item at your own expense. You will have a choice of replacement (if applicable), substitution, or your money back. Please return the item insured. After thirty days all sales are final!

Shipping fees are 17%(percent) of the total order for the United States.
